The Football Association has announced that John Terry will join Ashley Cole on the injured list for England’s World Cup qualifier against Ukraine at Wembley.
The FA statement reads:
Following further treatment from the England medical staff today [Sunday 9 September], John Terry will not be available for the World Cup qualifier against Ukraine on Tuesday.
Terry suffered an ankle injury in the game with Moldova, and has returned to his club.
Cole was yesterday (Saturday) ruled out of Tuesday night’s game.
