The 15 midfielders shortlisted for the FIFA/FIFPro World XI 2012 have been announced, with two Chelsea players represented.
Frank Lampard and Eden Hazard have both been nominated, and will help make up the 55-player final shortlist, which will be completed when 15 forwards are announced on 29 November.
The final FIFA FIFPro World XI will be announced at the FIFA Ballon d’Or gala at the Zurich Kongresshaus on 7 January 2013.
Lampard and Hazard join Petr Cech, John Terry, Ashley Cole, David Luiz and Branislav Ivanovic, who were also named on the shortlist last week.
