John Terry, Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole return to the starting line-up with David Luiz playing his 50th Chelsea game of the season in midfield.

Branislav Ivanovic will partner Terry in central defence and Eden Hazard takes on the ‘No. 10’ role in support of Fernando Torres, with Ramires and Victor Moses the wide players.

Basel are unchanged from the second leg of their quarter-final win over Tottenham.
