INTERNATIONALS: OSCAR ON TARGET AGAIN

Oscar scored for the second game in succession as Brazil made it two victories in the space of four days with a 2-0 friendly win over Zambia in Beijing.

The Chelsea attacker, who also netted in Saturday’s win over South Korea, broke the deadlock shortly after coming on as a half-time substitute when his deflected strike from outside the penalty area looped over Kennedy Mweene and into the back of the net.

David Luiz once again skippered the side in the absence of Thiago Silva, while there was also a start for Ramires, who played the opening 45 minutes before being withdrawn by Luiz Felipe Scolari.

Dede doubled Brazil’s advantage when he climbed highest to glance home a Neymar free-kick in the 66th minute, and with nine minutes left to play Oscar was denied a second when Mweene saved well low down.

David Luiz was replaced by Henrique with 20 minutes remaining.
