David Luiz is the latest player to face the selector, where members of the first team squad pair six subjects into the categories first, last, best, worst, easiest and hardest.
My first game for Benfica was nice, it was a European game against PSV, I came on when it was 1-0 to us and we were playing away. I came on and within about six minutes they went 2-1 up. Everybody must have been thinking I was a bad player but in the second half I was the best player on the pitch and, after that I was never out of the side. It was a great game for me, my first in Europe, so it was amazing. We lost 2-1 but in the second leg we won 3-1 so we went through.
My last training session was a short while ago, it was enjoyable, we are near the top of the table so we were all very focused and training hard. We are all looking forward to the next game.
My hardest opponent is Lionel Messi. He is just amazing, everybody knows all about him so there’s not too much I can say. I try to do my best when I play against him by not giving him a lot of time to think, because when he has time he can do amazing things.
There are some programmes on TV where people make others look bad and these shows have a big influence on young children. TV shows should focus on good things, such as education and discipline, because nowadays there is so much technology, most kids have smartphones or tablets. Some programmes show bad things and that’s not good for the new generation as they are not mature enough to understand.
I like gospel music, where they speak about God. I will give you one name – Conquistando O Impossivel.
Holidays with my family are easiest for me because I have such a great relationship with them. I always holiday in Brazil because it has everything; amazing beaches and lovely places to enjoy. With my family that’s the best place to be.
