INTERNATIONALS: OSCAR ON TARGET AS BRAZIL CRUISE

All four of our Brazilians played a part as Luiz Felipe Scolari’s side warmed up for the World Cup finals with a 5-0 friendly win in South Africa.

Neymar was the star of the show in Johannesburg, scoring a hat-trick for the visitors, but it was Oscar who opened the scoring inside 10 minutes, latching on to a clever Hulk pass and lifting the ball over the advancing goalkeeper.

The Barcelona attacker scored either side of the break to extend their lead, before Fernandinho added a fourth 11 minutes from time. Neymar ensured he would be walking away with the match ball when he scored his third in added time.

Of the four Chelsea players in the squad, Oscar and David Luiz started the game, but in a move that will have pleased Jose Mourinho, the goalscorer was replaced by Ramires at half-time, with Willian also introduced at the expense of Hulk.

David Luiz’s evening was brought to a conclusion after 63 minutes when he was replaced by Dante.
