Tickets together: Crystal Palace league and Bournemouth pre-season ticket news

Tuesday 20 July from 10am until Wednesday 21 July 5pm: Supporters on the UK away scheme can purchase one ticket.

Scheme holders who purchase during this period will also be able to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets in one transaction. This allows scheme holders to sit with the supporters they usually sit with at away matches.

We will allocate the UK away scheme 500 temporary loyalty points that will be removed at 5pm Wednesday 21 July.

Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders and members based on 2019/20 loyalty points.

Thursday 22 July from 10am until 11.30am: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders on a loyalty-point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Wednesday 21 July.

Thursday 22 July from 12pm until 1.30pm: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders on a loyalty-point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Wednesday 21 July.

Non-disabled supporters can apply online only at the relevant on sales period detailed above.

Disabled Supporters Application Process

Supporters who are registered disabled can apply by downloading the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

Disabled supporters can submit this application form on the relevant sales period detailed above to access@chelseafc.com


Allocation


We have received an allocation of 1294 tickets which includes and allocation of 11 non-ambulant and 11 personal assistant tickets.

Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Coach Travel

Coach travel to the Vitality Stadium will be on sale at 10am on Tuesday 20 July.

Coaches (including a wheelchair accessible coach) will depart Stamford Bridge at 3pm.

Coaches will be priced at £10

Applications for the coach travel will go off sale at 5pm on Friday 23 July.

Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email three to five days before travel.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first-class post. 

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Tuesday 27 July before 5pm.

AFC Bournemouth do not allow supporters under the age of 13 to be unaccompanied in the stadium.

Other Information for Disabled Supporters

The DC Lounge is open to both home and away disabled supporters pre-match. The DC Lounge is based on the ground floor and first floor in the East Stand for the use of disabled supporters only. This offers Sky/BT Sport TV and a refreshment service, and a great opportunity for supporters to socialise before the match. There are also two accessible toilets.
